I made a personal goal to create an app as a toolset for ADHD. I just started, and at the moment, it’s in an early version and MVP. The app has the following features:

ADHD Test
  • You can take an ADHD test by answering a list of questions that you need to answer truthfully.
  • Manage your time with a productivity timer using the Pomodoro Technique.
  • Memory match games to improve your memory.
  • A learning section which will be a resource to learn more about ADHD or a guide to symptoms, strategies, and support.

Some other features that I’m about to implement include the following:

  • Todo-list
  • A Schedule/Planner where you can add your todos in a calendar and receive notifications/reminders
  • Habit tracker
  • Daily affirmations/meditations/coaching tips

I’m also brainstorming and gathering ideas in forums and platforms where people discuss mental health issues. If you have some ideas about a tool or feature that can be included in this app, please leave a comment.

My goal is to create a free All-In-One app and hopefully, it can help someone in need. Currently, the app is available on the Google Play store for Android, but I’ll make it available for iOS as well.”
