- Getting started takes a mix of optimism, passion, confidence, and a dash of drive, along with building genuine connections.

- Stand up against unnecessary bureaucracy and red tape whenever you encounter it, and get others on board to do the same. Don’t let organizational charts stand in the way of effective teamwork.
- The end results are what truly matter; don’t let a slick process excuse poor outcomes.
- Keep pushing forward and don’t let setbacks stop you.
